No. To preserve the color, it is best to wash NovoSoxx® socks separately with similar colors. Washing with other colors can prevent possible color bleeding and ensure that the socks retain their bright appearance.

The sizes of our NovoSoxx® are based on shoe sizes. This applies to all our socks except the tube socks. We only offer these in one size for adults (unisex).

You can return items to us within 100 days of your purchase. The item must be unworn and in new condition.

Simply send us an email to contact@novosoxx.com. You will then receive your return label from us and can easily send the item back to us. A return from Germany or Austria costs €2.90.

If your sock has a hole or is no longer sewn within the 6-month period, our 6-month hole-free guarantee applies. Simply email us at contact@novosoxx.com and receive your replacement immediately. There is no need to return the defective item.
