Did you accidentally order your NovoSoxx in the wrong size? Whatever the reason, we will make returning the item as easy as possible. Simply send us an email to contact@novosoxx.com . You will then receive your return label from us and can send the item back to us without any problems.

It's that easy to return

1. Write us an email to contact@novosoxx.com with your name, order number and the items you wish to return.
2. You will then receive your return label from us via email.
3. Now take the shipment with the return label to the nearest DHL station and arrange for a return.
4. As soon as we receive notification of the return and the package has arrived, we will arrange a refund of the invoice amount as quickly as possible.

Do you have to pay shipping costs if you return a product?

A return from Germany or Austria costs 2.90 €.

How long do you have to return an item?

Instead of the normal 14 days, you have 100 days to return your purchase.

What if your item is defective?

If your item has a hole or other defect, a return is not necessary. In this case, please also write us an email to the contact@novosoxx.com .

Within Germany, your shipment will be at your home in 1-3 working days. For international shipments, it will take 4-5 working days.

Track delivery status

Once we have received your order, you will receive a tracking number from us. This will allow you to easily track where your NovoSoxx are.

Hole-free guarantee

With us you get 6 months hole-free guarantee

With our NovoSoxx® we make sure that only the best materials are used.

However, if your sock does have a hole or another defect, our 6-month anti-hole guarantee applies. You can simply write us an email at contact@novosoxx.com and we will send you your replacement straight away.

And it works that simply:

1. Send us an email to contact@novosoxx.com with your name, order number and the defective item.
2. It is best to send us several pictures of the defective area. The defect and the item should be clearly visible.
3. We will then send you a replacement in no time.

Important: It is not necessary to return the defective item.

How to care for your NovoSoxx®

To ensure that your NovoSoxx® last as long as possible, you should consider the following points when caring for your socks.

40 degrees or less is enough to wash your NovoSoxx® clean. You're also doing your wallet and the environment a favor because you're using less energy.

Separate laundry by color

Black and white laundry should be washed separately. You can mix colored laundry. Make sure to separate the colors so that your NovoSoxx® and the rest of your clothes retain their original color even after several washes.

Avoid the dryer

Products can shrink quite quickly in the dryer. So the rule here is: keep your hands off the dryer. This way you can protect your NovoSoxx® and pay attention to the environment.
