Yes. It is best to wash your NovoSoxx® with similar colours. Keep light and dark laundry separate, particularly when washing brightly coloured or new garments.

GripSoxx NX are particularly lightweight and breathable. They provide a direct feel and are suited to athletes who prefer as little additional weight as possible inside their shoes.

GripSoxx SE use a softer, highly elastic material blend with a higher cotton content. They provide an especially soft feel and are ideal if comfort is particularly important to you.

Both models feature our Hexa-Grip technology. They provide secure grip inside the shoe, reduce movement and friction, and therefore help prevent blisters.

You can return your order within 100 days of receiving the goods. Use the “Cancellation & Returns” link in the footer or email us at contact@novosoxx.com.

At your request, we will provide a return label. We charge a flat return fee of €3.50, which will be deducted from your refund. Alternatively, you may arrange and pay for the return shipment yourself.

You will not incur any return shipping costs for a justified complaint, product defect or claim under our Anti-Hole Guarantee.

Our socks come with a six-month Anti-Hole Guarantee. If a hole develops during this period, email contact@novosoxx.com with your order number and a photo of the affected sock.

After a quick review, we will arrange a replacement. You will not normally need to return the damaged sock.

The grip elements underneath the foot increase contact between the sock and the shoe. This helps reduce foot movement inside the shoe during quick changes of direction, sprints and sudden stops. Grip socks do not replace properly fitting sports shoes and cannot prevent injuries.

Delivery within Germany usually takes 2–3 working days.

Delivery to Austria, Belgium, the Czech Republic, Denmark, France, Hungary, Italy, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia and Spain usually takes 4–5 working days. Delivery to the other EU countries we serve usually takes 5–7 working days.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Wash your NovoSoxx® at 30°C with similar colours. Turn them inside out first and use a gentle cycle where possible. Do not bleach or iron them, and allow them to air-dry afterwards.
