Terms and Conditions for the NovoSoxx® Review Giveaway (Judge.me)

1. Organiser

This giveaway is organised by NovoSoxx GmbH.

2. Eligibility

Anyone aged 18 or over and residing in the European Union may participate.
Employees of NovoSoxx® and their relatives are excluded from participating.

3. How to Participate

Simply review a NovoSoxx® product you purchased on our website at www.novosoxx.com.

• Every published review is automatically entered into the monthly draw for a €50 NovoSoxx® voucher.

• If you add your own photo or video to your review, you will also receive a €5 NovoSoxx® voucher as a thank-you. We will email the voucher to you after a short review.

• Reviews containing a photo or video are also entered into the €50 prize draw.

4. Prize and Notification

Each month, one winner will be selected at random from all valid reviews submitted during the relevant calendar month.
The draw will take place during the first week of the following month.

The winner will be notified by email using the address provided with the review.
The prize will be provided as a digital NovoSoxx® voucher code. The prize cannot be paid in cash or transferred.

5. Fair Play

We welcome honest opinions.
Reviews containing offensive, unlawful or promotional content will not be published and will automatically be excluded from the giveaway.
Attempts to manipulate the giveaway will also result in exclusion.

6. Data Protection

Your data – name, email address and review – will be used solely to administer and complete the giveaway.

7. Liability and Changes

If technical problems or attempts at manipulation occur, we reserve the right to amend, suspend or end the giveaway at any time.
We accept no liability for technical disruptions.

8. Legal Recourse

Legal recourse is excluded.
