Did you accidentally order your NovoSoxx in the wrong size? Whatever the reason, we will make returning the item as easy as possible. Simply send us an email to contact@novosoxx.com . You will then receive your return label from us and can send the item back to us without any problems.
It's that easy to return
- Write us an email
to contact@novosoxx.com with your name, order number and the items you wish to return. - You will then receive your return label from us via email.
- Now take the shipment with the return label to the nearest DHL station and arrange for a return.
- As soon as we receive notification of the return and the package has arrived, we will arrange a refund of the invoice amount as quickly as possible.
Do you have to pay shipping costs if you return a product?
A return from Germany or Austria costs 2.90 €.
How long do you have to return an item?
Instead of the normal 14 days, you have 100 days to return your purchase.
What if your item is defective?
If your item has a hole or other defect, a return is not necessary. In this case, please also write us an email to the
